30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@wangio.com] with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a free replacement immediately—no need to ship the damaged item back!
Return Shipping Costs For returns due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us for the return shipping address before sending any items back.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal) within 3-5 business days.
